« OOC: Jamie is recruiting volunteers to help with his Spring Revel at the Gray Room. Volunteers will be asked to help fulfill the desires of others attending the event - Jamie will somehow match them up (something something magic). No one has to work the whole time - they can set a time limit and then go off to enjoy the party themselves or go home. This will be happening during the event and he'll be taking volunteers on right up to the evening of the Revel.

Hello my darlings. I have been remiss in my spring planning this year - can't imagine why.
[He makes a vague, dismissive gesture.]
But I am planning now. On the first of May, the Gray Room will be hosting an event that is open to all who wish to come. In my past life, this was a party that I lived for. This is to celebrate the turning season, the height of spring, and a time of vivacity, vigor, and... well. Desire. As much as I am able, I will try to ensure that everyone who comes has some desire fulfilled. Something you want, something you need, something you crave.
And that is where the rest of you come in, my dears.
[Jamie leans forward, propping himself up on the table where his phone is resting.]
I need help. As much as I would love to cater to all the various whims and cravings of the LIER community, I only have so many hands and only so much time. So I am recruiting volunteers for the evening. Regular Gray Room staff will be available, of course, and like last year we are partnering with The Scratch. I am pleased to announce that the staff of The Crucible will be joining our efforts. But I want more than that. I need more than that.
[Normally he'd be working with the entire Spring Court, but he doesn't have them here.]
So, let me know if you're interested in helping us and I will make sure you are briefed and assigned. I'm happy to answer questions if you have them. If you worked last year, you are more than welcome to join us again.

Oh, and I'm also accepting offers to help with planning and party favors, if you're so inclined to show off. And if you need compensation, I'm sure we can arrange something.
We all deserve to let loose a little. Help me make it happen.
